Fees

My fee is 70,00 Euro for a fifty minutes session. I reserve a certain number of timeslots in my practice for sliding scale patients, based on need and income.

Initial consultation

During our initial consultation meeting (30 minutes) we can both decide if I am the best person to provide the services you need. If either you or I decide for any reason that you would be better helped by another professional or method of intervention, I will offer referrals for alternative services or providers.

If we decide to continue with ongoing counselling we will usually schedule three to four sessions (once per week) at a mutually convenient time. After these first few sessions, we can evaluate how to continue and together define the objectives of our sessions.

Health insurance

Some insurance companies cover the costs of counselling, however you will need to request reimbursement directly from them. I will provide you with a receipt after each session for your reimbursement process.

Cancellation policy

I do my best to accommodate busy professional lifestyles and I am flexible to rescheduling sessions if notified at least 24 hours in advance.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notification, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

If you notify me less than 24 hours in advance but we are able to reschedule the appointment that same week for a mutually convenient time, you will not be charged for the missed session.

In case of emergency

If you require urgent help, please contact your local emergency medical services. Online counselling is not adequate in case of emergencies.
